Our service is essentially match making, matching demand for investment with a supply of projects.
Utilising our extensive international database and working closely with our international team of associates, we identify potential investor partners for projects and vice a versa. Each potential investor partner is either known personally to us or has passed a vetting procedure to qualify them for the project.
Each project is examined for authenticity and suitability. With our flexible approach we can consider a range of projects including those with exceptional circumstances or those with a total annual revenue stream above €20m or equivalent.
The result is an introduction. The introduction fees are negotiable and reflect the size and nature of the investment or the project and normally become payable on successful conclusion of the fund raising. In some cases a retainer fee is required to cover the cost of due diligence, business analysis and preparation of investment proposals.
